Web-based, the solution contains asset management tools for scheduling maintenance, tracking resource usage and automation of tech support functions. Using the software, device usage and call statistic reports can be built. Plug-in modules for calendars, hot lists, action items, instant messaging and Web cameras are included. A RoomView for Microsoft Outlook is available.
