category, but of course we’re an audiovisual and control automation company, so we’re integrating closely with those folks and it is very important to have that. The pain points will come if there is a disconnect.

From a customer’s perspective, they could be thinking about lighting, and their designer and architect could be calling that out, but if we’re not connecting the key stakeholders and the key providers of that technology there is a disconnect, so when you walk out to finish the room things aren’t working the way they’re supposed to. If an electrician puts in the standard panel with dimmers and forgets to put in the connectivity or communicate with the A/V company that’s putting in the control system, then we’re trying to fix it in a firedrill on the back side to get it working appropriately.

You resolve that by making sure all of your contractors are involved and are on board through any given project through the design and implementation of the facility.
